I drove by the twenty houses on my short list in two days and my favorite was this one listed by Nik.
I called him and he quickly arranged with the seller for me to get in to see the it. It matched the listing description and I decided to make an offer. Nik helped me put in an offer and after a brief negotiation, the deal was struck. Nik referred me to an excellent mortgage company and the entire purchasing process went nicely. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive to all our questions, returned our phone calls in a timely manner, braved the Maine mosquito while walking around the property we eventually bought, recommended a inspection service for the well and septic system, negotiated a fair price for us and gave us the name of a insurance agency for our property. This was all a last minute job for him but he jumped right in. We couldn't have bought our own little piece of Maine if it weren't for him and for that, we are eternally grateful.

Buying a house in May/June of 2020 is, lets just say not ideal.
The market was sparse, COVID 19 in full effect and buying our "forever home" had a list of must have's a mile long. Nik made great use of modern technology to recommend houses and communicate to my wife and I. We could not be happier, our house is perfect, well almost (as soon as I build my workshop/garage), lol.. Nik is friendly knowledgeable and took care of everything!! He recommended and set up a great home inspector. Nik made appropriate recommendations throughout the process where minor fixes needed to be addressed. I hope we will not ever need another real-estate agent again (unless we buy a camp, on a lake) ;).. But when and if we do we will choose Nik again!!!!
